Niniks Sisig, liempo and lechon manok is a place where you can enjoy delicious lechon manok, liempo and a new twist of the sisig. Commonly, Sisig is a dish made from parts of pig’s head and liver, usually seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers but this time it was made from lechon manok and roasted liempo in just a matter of minutes. The chicken and liempo are slowly roasted in front of the customer, tantalizing all the senses with the smell, texture and mouth watering taste of our unique marinade.


Our concept delivers a new, fresh and vivacious approach to what is questionably the most widely attractive food concept in the Philippines – Lechon Manok. Niniks conceptualized when the owner, decided to do a twist to the usual serving to a roasted chicken and liempo, their very own liempo sisig and chicken sisig.


In just short span of time, Ninik’s had evolved and further improved the business by branching out to neighbor locations in Metro Manila to cater more customers with its exiting flavors and twists of the classic Filipino favorites everyone loves to relish.
